Shine the Light!

I've found this 'prayer' from Facebook and I found it to be meaningful; especially when situations around us are constantly changing. If you read this slowly and properly, you too might find it meaningful. =)

God, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where there is hatred, let me sow love;

Where there is injury, pardon;

Where there is doubt, faith;

Where there is despair, hope;

Where there is darkness, light;

Where there is sadness, joy;

O, divine Master, grant that

I may not so much seek

to be consoled as to console

to be understood as to understand,

to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,

It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,

and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

PEACE PRAYER by St Francis of Assisi

We were all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. ~Marianne Williamson~

Shine your light to the world by choosing to love, understand and bringing hope to the world that is in despair!
